The offering.
The monkey represents the mind. The orangutan means the wise man of the forest. Doesn’t have a tail. Very human. Wise.
The saffron coat represents renunciation. All that the fickle mind needed to stabilise itself, was something to cling to. It found Krishna. The orangutan is Krishnapremi.
